This month’s February Founders’ Club was again all about home office and remote work. For many, working from home is currently becoming the rule, the boundaries between work and private life are blurring, the familiar structure no longer exists. For this reason, the brigk organized an impulse lecture by graduate psychologist and mental health coach Pauline Füg.
The expert gave tips for a functioning work-life balance, how to switch off and fall asleep in the evening and on ways to strengthen yourself mentally and work more focused during working hours. Whether a walk replaces the usual way to work or the way home, you plan a video-call with a friend at lunchtime, get a new motivation boost while working with the Yes-Yes-Yes method or allow yourself time away from a screen in the evening – There was something for everyone with the practical tips!
