3 questions to: VALUE HUB

The startup that we would like to introduce is based in our Digital Founder Center since November. VALUE HUB are architects of the digital transformation in marketing and sales and, together with their customers from medium-sized, manufacturing companies, they create innovation and global, digital steel power.

We asked ValueHUB – for once – 4 interesting questions and wanted to know why their services stand out from others and how they came to be. You will also find out what has been the biggest challenge for the founders so far and where they see themselves in 5 years.

What is your service and what makes it unique?

We are the ARCHITECTS of the digital transformation in marketing and sales of medium-sized, manufacturing companies. VALUE HUB unites pioneers of digitization, industry experts, digital startups and B2B marketing / sales professionals in the same way. Our mission is to turn the successful hidden champions of our medium-sized industry in Germany into real digital champions. We believe in the strength and innovation of medium-sized manufacturing companies in Germany! And we are convinced that the hidden champions gain visibility and radiance with the right STRATEGY and innovative PARTNERS. This is how we ensure the long-term success of medium-sized companies in the global digital market and thus prosperity in our country.

How did you come up with your business idea?

We have both been working in B2B sales for over 25 years – with different focuses. Thomas comes from the IT world and Petra from the business world. We’ve been active in the market for the last 5 years “separately” and have noticed that all digitization projects with the selection of a tool and the implementation of an online shop, for example, are too short-sighted. The digital transformation in industrial companies is not a “tool project” – it is primarily about the vision, the mindset of the employees, the processes and (of course) the technological basis. And only with a good “architecture” (some also call it strategy) corporate goals can be achieved in a long term.
In September 2020 we decided to offer this: Support with planning and implementation!

What has been your biggest challenge so far?

Honestly? The foundation of the GmbH . In Germany it is currently an enormous bureaucratic effort to set up a company. In our opinion the bureaucracy is increasing an unnecessary growth obstacle for us – and for everyone who wants to make a difference!

Where do you see yourselves in 5 years?

Mmmh – it would be nice if we “outgrew” the brigk with a really cool team and helped a lot of hidden champions to gain more digital visibility. We also see many of these medium-sized companies networking via Value Hub and constantly learn from each other and even grow on the global marketplace!
